Preschool Adventures!

We built a fire as part of our Fishing and Camping theme.

We practiced our letters by catching fish with letters written on the back.
Then we "cooked" our fish over the fire. Yum!

We painted rainbow fish after we read and discussed the story of
"The Rainbow Fish" and how he learned to share and be a good friend.

We created our own form of ski ball on the stairs to help  us learn our numbers.

"Look, I cut out Idaho!"

We cut out monsters and glued them onto our papers and wrote about what we would have our robot do for us if we had a robot.  We did this after reading and discussing the story, "If I had a Robot"

Our Field Trip to Broulims was really fun!  We toured the bakery, produce department and even got to go inside the large freezer and fridge!

For our Nursery Rhymes theme, we played in water with buckets as part of learning the Jack and Jill rhyme.

To learn letter Y, we cut and colored letter Y's and glued yarn onto them.

We created some ice sculptures with salt and food coloring.
It was fun to see the ice melt and create cool shapes from the salt.

Fun at Preschool!

We love doing our crafts and working on our cutting, glueing and writing skills.

We had fun listening to stories from the librarian during our field trip to the library.

We enjoyed our Pottery Wheel Demonstration from Mr. Borup.  We liked playing with the smooth, soft clay on the pottery wheel.

We had fun playing with clay and creating our own Christmas Tree Ornaments.

We love making goo!
